Treacy is a Veteran with 21+ years of leadership & team building experience. With a heart for serving people, Treacy began working with homeless citizens in 2013 and advocating for Homeless Social Services Reform. Treacy launched Inspire Real Change with a Vision of Driving Real Change through service level/analysis & quality care/need integration models.
Jean Pisano
Vice President
Jean is a Business Professional and Marketing Strategist with a Big Heart for serving her community. Jean has used her development skills & voice to drive Real Change within the homeless community since 2015.
Veronica Dobbins
Secretary
Veronica is a foundational member of the organization, with a heart for serving others. A native of Panama, she brings the finely-tuned skill-sets needed to handle the wide variety of responsibilities. She and her husband Treacy make Lexington, South Carolina their home.
Karren Hill Gordon
Board of Directors
Karren is a business professional, cross-functional mentor, and published author with a heart to serve her community. Karren grew up as an U.S. Army brat and is the wife of an U.S. Air Force retiree. Karren is a Super Mother and Grandmother of ten beautiful grandchildren. Karren continues to impact lives by mentoring Women and driving leadership development. Karren’s impact is found in her Vision to “Don’t get ready, stay ready so you will always be ready.”
Brandi Scott

Brandi is a Super Wife and Mom with 20 years of experience helping multiple non-profits. Brandi has as a lifelong passion for helping people in need. Brandi brings Heart and Vision as one of the foundational members of Inspire Real Change.
